“I get energy from understanding complex issues and translating analyses into improvements that truly work in practice. In doing so, I like to take a critical perspective, always with consideration for the people in the organization. For me, good solutions do not emerge behind a desk, but by looking at things together, asking questions, and substantiating choices with data. I believe it is important that improvements are not only logical on paper, but also supported on the shop floor and have a long-term impact.”

Jaimy completed a bachelor’s degree in International Food & Agribusiness at HAS University of Applied Sciences and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management (Finance track) at Nyenrode Business University. During his studies and internships, he gained experience in analyzing processes, working with data, and translating insights into concrete improvement actions within operational environments.
