‘When translating strategy into terms of organization, leadership, competences and behavior, I try to bring all the elements into alignment. Hard and soft are always part of the same package. So you have to know the kinds of things people run into during their work, and not make things tougher than necessary for them. If you're familiar with all the preconditions for allowing people to excel, then you can start building towards successful organizational development. A step-by-step learning process that leads to lasting results.’
