‘Once you get people moving, there's room for improvements and good results. It's a matter of developing the right support structures: clear roles, straightforward work processes and good management steering. By working together in a hands-on fashion to make sure people are in the right roles, improvements become visible and remain safeguarded. It inspires me when I see people grow while the organization as a whole is displaying better results.’
