‘Continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and TPM have to hook up seamlessly with a company's culture and level of development. That is the only way they can offer the right toehold at all levels of the organization for further development, truly improved performance and the safeguarding of both. I believe in generic outlines, but their execution always demands a tailor-made approach. It's a matter of doing, experiencing, reflecting and going on to improve again and again.’
