Developing clear concepts for complex situations and organizing change, those are the things that give me the most energy in my work. In doing that, I try to continually establish crosslinks between the strategic, conceptual level and practical operations.
In addition to the content-related side of Supply Chain Management, and within that S&OP, Supply chain planning and Customer Service in particular, I also enjoy working on change and behavior within the organization. When setting up a project, consciously including change provides a considerable boost for the success factor.
I see improvement programs as a combination of three elements: a clear objective, properly organized processes and committed people. LEAN methodology provides handholds for dealing effectively with all of those elements.
Nicole began her working life in transport and distribution, as a forwarding agent for ship and air freight. From there she continued her career at Sara Lee, where she held various supply-chain posts in customer service and supply-chain planning at the local and international levels, in both the retail business and in food service. Ultimately, she became responsible for the entire commodity supply chain, from plantations to production sites.
In 2015, she started for herself as an independent supply- chain professional, and joined ARV Group in 2017.
