Self-leadership as a facilitator
As a facilitator, do you actually know when your work is effective? Do you make clear decisions about the behavior you apply, or does that actually pose a problem at times?
Personal growth and personal leadership belong to the area between action and reaction. When you consciously pause to consider what is taking place with you, you discover the space to maintain your valuable position of neutrality, even when you find yourself impacted along the way.
A. Recognizing when my own feelings have been impacted and I'm no longer neutral
B. What are the effective options?
C. Wrap-up of experiences and learnings.
