Margot van Beyma

Margot graduated in 1992 with a degree in economics from Erasmus University in Rotterdam. After seven years in various human resources function, she made the switch to working for herself.

For the next 10 years she performed interim assignments in the field of human resource management and organizational development.

During that period, Margot gained practical and theoretical familiarity with NLP, transactional analysis and systemic work (3-year course of study at the Phoenix Institute).

In 2009 she joined Development Partners, where she is responsible for supervising change processes, HR consultancy and coaching.
