The value-based proposition
ARV Group offers clients the choice between “flat-fee” remuneration and the “value-based” approach.. or in some cases a combination of the two.
Flat-free remuneration is the classic service model. Once inventory has been taken of the plant's current situation, its present needs and the potential improvements, we make clear and detailed agreements with you concerning targets and the way in which our work will be carried out and invoiced.
With the “value-based” approach, we put our money where our mouth is; the more you save, the more we both earn. ARV Group – as business partner – bears co-responsibility for achieving the desired results and acting accordingly. The fee received by ARV Group is linked directly to the results achieved through the program.
Only when these agreements have been reached and approved do we start the actual process of working together with you and your key people on achieving the agreed goals.
