Scoping:
face-to-face with your plant, your people, your needs
- After the initial contact and a summary briefing on the client’s situation and needs, the first step is a face-to-face meeting of approximately two hours. During this meeting we listen to your feedback and present the results of our desk research into your organization’s business setting, operational scope, financial breakdown and a preliminary identification of your business case.
- After receiving the go-ahead, ARV Group then carries out a three-day “scoping” visit that covers the entire range of your organization. During this visit, goals and observations are verified, and a plan is made for the subsequent, four-week assessment period.
