In other words, while helping you to achieve your established goals we do only that which is necessary and agreed upon… but we do it across the full breadth of the organization.

ARV Group sees to it that the business case as implemented respects and meshes with your existing business and operational setup. In relevant cases, we make use of existing improvement concepts such as Lean, WCM, TPM and 6-sigma.
During an average implementation period of six months, we apply technical, organizational and human resources skills to help you and your people home in on key performance indicators and build a continuous-improvement "backbone" that stands firm even when the official project is over. At the end of the period, results are quantified and plans are made for the subsequent maintenance and further development of the continuous-improvement process.
Together with you, we work bottom-up and top-down. By anchoring the objectives realistically in the hands-on practice of the shop floor, and by providing management with handholds for monitoring and maintaining progress.
An integral part of ARV Group’s approach is assisting in the steering and development of organizational culture and behavior, by means including Performance Management and coaching. During the implementation phase we work with you to ensure that platforms for continuous improvement (such as TPM, WCM and Lean) are not only implemented, but actually receive the organizational support needed to function successfully.
Experience shows that successful projects not only result in average savings of 1 to 3 million euros, but also in ongoing improvements "owned" by the entire organization, from the shop floor to the board room.
