nailing down the business case
- During this assessment period, we take a good, hard look at the factors relevant to the desired improvements, such as logistics, waste management, maintenance, production efficiency and the roles of key players within your organization. The business case is validated, the site organization mobilized and an implementation plan is set up, including the way in which our work will be carried out and invoiced (see "The Value-Based Proposition").
- An inventory of potential savings is submitted to the client.
- On the basis of this inventory, the client chooses priorities, and the definitive business case is established.
