Procedure
During an orientative interview, a personal profile of the candidate will be drawn up. This profile will be reviewed by ARV Group partners. A strengths/weaknesses analysis will made, and the possibilities for involvement in our activities will be assessed. On the basis of this assessment, a decision will be made as to possible participation in ARV Group.
